DELIVERY
At scinboutique.com we make every effort to ensure that your skincare products arrive on time and safely. We will always try to pack and dispatch your products within 24 hours, although we ask for your patience during busy periods.
We will dispatch your products if they are in stock, if you have provided a full delivery address (you must include a full postcode) and once your payment has been approved. All deliveries will require a signature so it may be more convenient to get your products delivered to your place of work or where you know someone will be able to sign on your behalf.
We try to be as environmentally conscious as possible and so you may receive your products in a recycled packaging. We hope you understand that we are just trying to do our little bit for the environment.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
1. Free Delivery
Available for deliveries throughout the UK. Free Delivery for all orders over £75 in value. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery. A signature is required upon receipt.
2. Next Day Delivery
Available for deliveries throughout the UK. Next Working Day Delivery (before 5.30pm) for orders placed before noon on the previous day. Next Day Delivery costs £7.00 and a signature is required upon receipt.
3. Standard Delivery
Available for deliveries throughout the UK. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery. Standard Delivery costs £4.50 and a signature is required upon receipt.
4. Gift Voucher Delivery
Gift Vouchers will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
1. Cancellation
To cancel an order you must contact us by phone (0203 2200121) and also put your cancellation in writing at the same time to info@scin.uk.com prior to us dispatching your order.
2. Returns
You can return products that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning products shall be borne by you. The right to return product will not apply if the product has been used, a seal broken, or packaging is not intact.
If products are not delivered in a satisfactory condition please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order at info@scin.uk.com or ring 0203 2200121.
3. Gift Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to have the treatment that has been purchased for you, please ring the Scin Spa on 0203 2200121 to discuss alternative treatment options that may be available to you.
PRICING
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices are at Recommended Retail Price (RRP) which refers to prices the manufacturer recommends products are sold at in the UK market.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative and you will not be charged for the item in question.
AUTHENTICITY
We guarantee that all the products we sell are 100% genuine. Unlike many other online retailers we do not source products originally intended for sale in other countries.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express or Switch and will be debited from your account prior to dispatch of your order. We will do everything in our power to keep your payment details secure but in absence of any negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gets unauthorised access to data you provide when ordering from scinboutique.com.
